A Welsh rugby team is getting out of control - another hotel has been trashed - and the secretary is becoming concerned. When there is an accusation of rape brought against three members of the team, one of them on the verge of a Welsh Cap, political forces come into play to prevent the assault getting to court.

SCENE 1. THE COMMITTEE ROOM.

REG: Cost of damage to toilets: a hundred and twenty six pounds. Cost of damage to beds: a hundred and fifteen pounds. Cost of damage to doors: two hundred and eighty pounds. Cost of damage to carpets....
